I’m a leader with more than 10 years of experience in IT. I started my career as a software developer, then I worked as Project and Delivery manager. For the last 6 years I’ve been building great teams by coaching, facilitating, creating a safe environment and fostering the culture of continuous improvement. I’m passionate about helping people and teams grow, become more effective and happier. A few more things about me: - I run my own course "Facilitation. How it helps to run productive meetings and build effective teams" - I’m a mentor within the program Women in Tech mentoring project managers - I’m a co-founder of two successful volunteering projects that engaged hundreds of people. Both of them were related to Belarussian protests movement against the regime in 2020 - I’m a certified ICC coach - I run my personal blog on Instagram, Telegram and Medium sharing my thoughts about leadership, facilitation and personal productivity
