Yamila Sterrenburg

Since August 2022, I have been studying the part-time course in Communication at Avans University of Applied Sciences, here I get subjects like: writing and editorial. Among other things, the study also focuses on communication optimisation, marketing management and fact-checking. In recent years, I have already gained a lot of experience in writing blogs and have been able to develop my creativity. Because of my background in fashion design, I have worked a lot with Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe programmes. This allows me to be creative in creating logos, graphics and other illustrations, among other things. At BOERplay, I immerse myself (since May 2023) in the world of sports and playground equipment. Together with my colleagues, I work on BOERplay's marketing and communications, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Here, I deal with the textual and visual aspects of marketing and communication on a daily basis.
