Preparation, analysis and evaluation of short and long-term liquidity risk test scenarios, support with assessments of the relevant sources and appropriation of funding

- Reviewing ISDA Master Agreements (including Credit Support Annexes) and completing a risk review. - Providing analytical reports, identifying risk information and patterns within legal contractual documentation. - Acting as a center of competence for other legal centers across Deutsche Bank and providing feedback, support and training where necessary. - Negotiating and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements with international counterparties.

 Medium-long term commercial plan forecasting for the Italian and Spanish markets.  Analyzing and implementing marketing strategies through reports and KPIs in order to calculate and optimize their impact.  Coordination with the CFLs of the different marketing channels (SEM, Display, Affiliate, Comparison, Social Media, CRM, Mobile) to align futures strategies.

 Analyzing the performance of the online marketing channels and its outcomes to understand and plan future marketing strategies.  Interpreting different Marketing KPI’s to assess the market performance and implement decisions based on them.  Supporting the different marketing channels in their daily activity by developing tools to work with big amounts of data that allow us to understand customer’s behavior.

 Conduct market research analysis in order to understand the competition landscape.  Monitoring of the main KPI's in order to provide relevant performance information.  Design of ad-hoc Studies proposals, either quantitative or qualitative, specifying objectives and methodology referred to the study´s object.  Identification of the market segments and of the target market groups to suggest a possible positioning of the company in the market.

 Supporting the senior team during complex negotiation and mediation processes, related to expropriations procedures from the State.  Assisting the team when providing business and legal counsel to clients. Preparing consultations and researches pertaining to national and international law.

 Preparation of writs, attendance to hearings before governmental authorities, proceedings to obtain authorizations for the elaboration of promotions and the preparation of recommendation guides based on the Venezuelan legislation.
