Xenia Tovchykh

With over 15 years of international accounting and audit experience, 7 of those in people management roles, I am a transformational leader with a passion for finance and technology. I currently oversee global accounting operations for Mozilla Corporation, a Silicon Valley tech company that developed the Firefox web browser. In my role, I lead four teams across Germany, USA and India (BPO) that help me manage daily operations, consolidation, and preparation of financial statements under US GAAP for 13 subsidiaries. I foster continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. I have successfully implemented NetSuite, Expensify, and FloQast, and revolutionized the month-end close procedures.
