Tasks included replacing phones, assigning phone numbers or IP addresses, email filter support, and provisioning remote access. - Assisted Project Manager’s manage project timelines and budgets. Tasks included preparing input for budget forecasting, preparing board papers and taking board minutes, developing visual aids for project documents. - Facilitated training and support with over 300 staff nationwide as part of a SharePoint roll-out.

- Improving project templates, standardising content and styles based on document owner feedback and organisation style guides. - Coordinating deployment, and providing training & support with over 200 people upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7.

A 6 Month Industry Placement as a Developer Intern in the Domestic Logistics Team working in C# on bug fixes and implementing small feature.

A cooperative scholar program in computer information systems with a focus on industry experience, developed by UTS in cooperation with industry organisation. The program includes 12 months of industry based work-placement, where students undertake work while placed in the industry organisations.
