The aircraft were contracted from Boeing in Seattle and due for delivery and the company was in the final stages of investment.

Successfully launched and developed the Summer Sun and Winter Sun product for the company using the companies own airline British Caledonian Airways and set up Costa Dorada, Costa Brava, Costa Del Sol, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Majorca, Ibiza, and Menorca product.

  I was head hunted for the appointed and task to rescue UK Express Holidays and change the way the company operated with its 3 hotels in Turkey and its declining tour operation. I brought in new technology from the failed ILG group and increased the tour operation product to Turkey, I increased the company customers from 3'000 to 55'000 annual bookings including operating a regular charter flight to Turkey from London Gatwick, East Midlands and Glasgow airports, using a Boeing 757.
