• Work closely with scientists and experts in academic institutes and healthcare organizations, provide medical services for academic webinars, conferences, interviews, and publications in field of oncology. • Work closely with clients from biopharma providing medical services, educational and marketing program planning, digital solutions and HEOR services.

• Made headcount planning for Greater China: mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan; worked as business partner to support re-organization in all legal entities and departments. • Took charge of general recruitment, campus recruitment and recruitment projects; managed hire to retire process and templates; managed talent acquisition team. • Set up assessment centre for talent mapping, recruitment, and promotion; involved in HR system construction and launching program and supported the pre-communication workshops.

• Investigated the direction and status of new drug research and clinical trials in China. • Drew recruitment plans for clients from biopharma; made detailed plans for urgent projects; developed multi-sourcing channels to fulfil all positions.

• Took charge of a two-year project with the Chinese government (i.e., National Health and Family Planning Commission of China) and overseas ART Centres in human reproduction; organized a project with Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf in Germany; initiated and accomplished one overseas expert’s speaking tour in 2 cities and 2 local hospitals. • Designed a series of tools, e.g., assessments and surveys, for qualitative analyses.

• Formulated health education strategy for Alzheimer’s disease. • Initiated and implemented the Dementia and Cognitive Disorders seminars on city-/ regional/ national/ overseas levels, explored the diagnostic tools, psychological and behavioural symptoms, and therapies. • Designed a handbook for Dementia’s education, optimized a series of training courses for junior-senior level physicians from the neurology and psychiatry departments, developed medical education curriculum for new disease areas.

• Cooperated with hospitals to implement patient education of diabetes. • Conducted reports regarding budget and costs.

• Major Projects: The cost-effectiveness and budget impact of durvalumab versus active monitoring in stage III unresectable NSCLC after concurrent platinum-based chemoradiotherapy (master thesis; 8/10, Dutch grading) Cost-effectiveness analysis of a novel drug for hormone refractory metastatic prostate cancer treatment in the UK (workgroup assignment; 8.7/10, Dutch grading) • Major Courses: Biostatistics, Health Economic Modelling, HTA, Methods for EE, Pricing and Market Access, etc
