We a Mauritanian company, a subsidiary of SCDRIM group, with a branch in Senegal offering industrial professional solutions to our client in the west Africa region, through a qualified and skilled team, applying an effective management approach, to enhance the chance of our projects success and increasing the likelihood of stakeholders satisfaction.

As a construction site manager I am responsible for the followings topics but not limited to, project scope of work, onshore budget management, project time schedule and site resource management as well as client and government relations.

Managing and coordinating the different company department’s activities from technical to financial, and human resources, the application of company policies, and the internal procedures was my first priority with team motivation to reach the company strategic objectives.

As a senior project cost control and acting project control manager for 1.3 billons with Kinross gold mine at Tasiast-Mauritania - West Africa, I was reporting directly to the project control manager, set up the project target with him, monitoring and controlling the project to reach the goal with the highest performance possible. I was a member of owner team representatives with EPCM contract to build mine faculties including 2000 beds camp, power plant, 14Km power line, mining workshop, and 60Km pipe.

Administrating and control project mobilization phase Equipment’s Logistic, Staff management with guesthouse assignment, Work permit and Government relation, Purchasing Order (PO) and PR management.

Fixing the company strategy, managing and prioritizing the company resource assignment to ongoing projects to be aligned with the company strategic objectives.
