Role: Network Testing and Automation Engineer • Work with Design team on Solution Testing and Analyse test results (blockers, issues). • Test OS/HW Releases for Cisco and Juniper Devices and Prepare Test packs as per Designed Solutions. • Support End-to-end Testing of Network Solution; test automation on new platforms and Develop scripts to automate repetitive management tasks in Test Infrastructure. • Manage, Operate, Troubleshoot & Fix problems with Test Infrastructure Documentation where applicable.

Troubleshooting on Enterprise Customer Networks comprised of- • Provide consultation/troubleshooting on network topologies with mixed protocols and Enterprise customers. • Audit of network devices. • Investigation on known/ repetitive Problem in networks. • Implementation of Change in Customer Network. • Upgradation/ Update OS and RMA of Cisco and Juniper Devices. Co-ordinate with Vendor TAC - Cisco, Juniper for Resolutions on issues and bugs. • Working on tickets raised by tools and customers.

Worked in IP/MPLS Network Backbone NOC team. Vendors - Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel and Huawei Routers and Switches Technologies: IP/MPLS, IGP - OSPF, BGP and EGP protocols . Strong hands-on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of P, PE, CE, RR Routers and Switches. · Troubleshooting layer 3 issues and layer 2 issues –latency, packet drops, routing path, link down, switch rings: changing spanning tree parameters
