Duties: • Analysis of business requests and functional requirements, provision of information for business analysts; • Analysis of how changes influence business processes and relevant correlations; • Development, testing and debugging, support of installation of new software version into production environment; • Local technical support (level 3) • Drawing technical documentation.

Creation, development and optimization of CRM subsystem (module) to be incorporated as a part of business automatization system of cellular communication operator MTS (a large cellular communication operator having over 100 000 000 clients worldwide). Duties: • Software development using Microsoft .Net technology (including ASP.NET); • Support of subsystem (module) installation and of its further operation; • Optimization of requests to the database (Oracle 10, PL/SQL).

Installation and consequent support for software package “Sofit” Duties: • Scripting and program development of system modules (Java); • System operability assurance; • Work with bank reporting, writing of sql-requests for database (Oracle); • Integration of “Sofit” software package with software package “Inversion” (transactions with plastic cards Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club); • Drawing technical documentation.
