Being a Team Lead, have been responsible for the entire AWS & VMware Virtualization Infrastructure of our clients, which includes a mammoth count of around 24000 virtual machines, over 1500 ESX hosts spread across 40 odd VCenter servers and 1500 EC2 instances utilizing several AWS services.

1. Responsible for the entire Windows, VMware Server Infrastructure of our clients. 2. Responsible for new VM builds, up-gradation of existing VMware Infrastructure as and when required, updating ESX hosts, HBA firmware, networks card drivers, doing RCA on several performance issues of VMware infrastructure and suggesting recommendations accordingly to clients. 3. Writing batch scripts, PowerShell scripts for volumetric jobs in Linux, Windows and VMware.

1. Managing a team of 54 people and being responsible for the access management lifecycle - provisioning, management, changes, disable and delete via Windows Active Directory. Requests come in the form of emails and faults in the form of Incidents. 2. Managing the threat level of the organization by coordination and installation of latest patches, packs, protection software, and updates for the complete IT Infrastructure. This includes network, servers and desktops.

1. Building of virtual servers from templates using vSphere. Troubleshoot on Virtual servers hosted on VMWare, NIC issues, servers going offline, servers running out of disk space, boot issues, etc. Perform V-Motion as and when required for troubleshooting. 2. User and groups account administration on windows includes creating, changing and deleting login IDs and powerful privilege profiles.

• Responsible for supporting HP printers/All in ones, Desktops • Installing printer software and troubleshooting any software related errors on Laptops • Configuring both wired and wireless printers. • Troubleshooting any hardware related issues and responsible for replacement of printers if required.
