Started as a Analyst and got promoted to Team Lead in 8months. Leading team of 3 people ( onsite and remote) and doing Client Relations, Business Development, accountable for revenue targets. We were dealing with the recruitment of consultants in specific fields ( Healthcare, Industrial, Technical, Financial, Food, Manufacturing industries etc.) all over the world and connecting them with Market research experts from TOP Consulting Firms.

HR projects including operational duties and long-term strategical projects. We were 2 in the HR team ( me and HR Director) int the company of 120 employees, we were doing everything from HR administrative duties to employee branding, direct recruitment, performance assessment. Few strategical projects: re- design of job descriptions based on competencies approach, recruitment process improvements, improving internal communication processes - more data driven approach.

Mostly specializing in IT , specialist position recruitment, also medium/high level management vacancies: - requirements gathering; - active/passive search,mostly targeted specialist search (headhunting); - meetings/interviews; - skill testing; - meetings/collaboration with client; - problem solving. -maintaining relationships with candidates, clients.
