We take the lead and coordination of the test team in numerous projects, as well as provide advisory functions in the field of quality management - always ensuring to uphold the standard of our service.

Mobility Project Manager for various projects: introducing existing template to new units and enhancing existing technologies for existing units while exploring new technologies. Ensuring project plan creation, requirement management, test organization and execution, End-User trainings, post go-live support, handover to application management. This role requires strong alignment with corporate IT, the local and central functional teams and travel pensum of 20% - 40%

Test Manager (DE & UK): responsible for compliance of test phases to test approach, creation & execution of overall test plan. Set-up & maintenance of test tools, reporting test progress, onboarding, training, continuous support of over 70 Key Users globally. This role requires strong alignment with local & central functional teams. Travel pensum: 60%. Ongoing activities: owner of defect management process, implementation of quality initiatives, single point of contact for business units

Single point of contact for Hypercare phase of Hong Kong project: daily status meetings, monitored workload for Solution Room members, coordination across IT and Process teams.

Blue Ocean is a strategic business transformation program within Mettler Toledo aiming at standardizing our major business processes globally and introducing SAP. Responsible for overall internal program communication: research, writing and editing of newsletters, intranet content creation and management, approval process. Responsible for the change management handbook and Program event organization

Training and Change Management Team in Blue Ocean. Blue Ocean is a strategic business transformation program within Mettler Toledo aiming at standardizing our major business processes globally and introducing SAP. Responsible for quality review of training materials and training coordination. Supported in training material migration (Approach and Implementation).
