Master thesis on "Explicit Simulation for Material Modeling of an adhesive and a sealant in the battery housing of an automotive", at Kautex Textron GmbH, Bonn. - The force-displacement curves of the sealant and adhesive are extracted from a shear test with an overlap and the materials are modeled to match the curves. - Puncture impact test is performed to validate the modeled adhesive and sealant.
