Unpaid Marketing Intern 03/2014-11/2014, where main duties included designing new Wordpress-based website by using available responsive theme, monitoring website traffic with GoogleAnalytics, improving company's presence in social media, assisting on initialisation of new ValueFrame-CRM database and filing data to the database.

Responsible for membership accounts, customer service, business invoicing, marketing campaigns, planning and updating company's website by using WordPress. Also designed material for Fitness fair arranged in Rauma. During time 12th May 2013 to 15th October 2013, worked for the same company via Staff hiring company VMP.

Responsible for customer service and sales, processing cash and card payments, stocking up shelves with merchandise, receiving and storing delivery of stock, putting up product displays, balancing cash registers and being involved in stock control and management.

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager, briefing and motivating team members, training new team members, handling reclamation cases, customer service and sales, store’s visual appearance and implementing marketing campaigns according to Crocs concept.

Responsible for assisting Store manager (2010-2011) and working together with the store's Visual merchandiser. Revising and motivating team members to accomplish sales targets, handling reclamation cases, customer service and sales, training new team members, stock control and management, analyse and interpret the sales reports and data in order to create new sales techniques.

Responsible for store's visual appearance, take part on the weekly telephone meetings, evaluate customer's visual shopping experience in the store, analyse sales reports and make changes to displays accordingly and implement marketing campaigns according to Hemtex concept's guidelines. As well as customer service, sales and stock control.
