I conduct effective product demonstrations of Apple’s B2B portal across the West Midlands while also tracking customer adoption in order to drive a shift from assisted purchases to a self- service model. I have received recognition for leading my team o grow customer adoption by over 400% across a segment of 150,000 users within two financial quarters. I successfully set goals, defined our strategy, tracked our performance, celebrating milestones and re-adjusting our strategy to remove roadblocks.


I independently managed the agile product development of the business' e-learning platform. As an Agile Project Manager, I was responsible for planning, conception, implementation and reporting. Throughout the development process, I maintained communication and alignment with over 30 internal stakeholders including the course development team, product design, marketing, engineering as well as senior management and investors, with a growing user base of 10,000 customers.

- I led a team of six business analysts to prepare and deliver visualisations and internal presentations to translate analytic capabilities into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement - Partnered with product managers, product owners and product/technical teams to deliver product increments that include vital User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, demos, and rollout of product solutions -Managed business engagement to understand, challenge & document underlying business needs

-Solved problems in day-to-day business and requests from users together with the team and our external partners, and was responsible for recording, analysing and documenting the requirements of the departments in cooperation with the key users. -Supported the knowledge building of the local and internal departments, users and key users through training and knowledge transfer -Provide recommendations and help teams to make decisions in a timely manner and escalate when necessary
