Start up the Romanian company and structure; Coordinating 15 people; Prepare the annual budget; Recruiting the personnel; Establish and maintain the connections with local authorities; Identify the possible locations for the future development; Creating, up-dating and archiving the data base; Prepare the reporting to the head quarter; Responsible for the technical, legal and financial aspects of the projects.

Start up a new factory in western Romania; Prepare the budget ( 20 Mio Euro ) and time schedule for production tests (12 months ); Recruiting personnel for the factory; Deal with the local authorities for buying and concession of the land; Prepare the papers for auctions for : electricity, gas, projects and constructions; Select the companies according to the WSC standards.

Coordinate the activity of 3 foreman and 60 workers covering following departments: printing, cutting, gluing, electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs; Supervise the automatic manufacturing process in terms of quantity and quality; Follow up customers’ orders; Control and approve the final product according with the client demands; Set up monthly manufacturing forecast; Deal with suppliers; Reduce production costs;

Coordinate 100 workers covering following departments: turning shop, etching, hand engraving, design and transport; Supervise the manufacturing process in terms of quantity, quality and delivery; Developing, tracking and archiving technical production files; Direct responsible for the quality of the final product; Permanent contact with the client considering quality and time delivery for each order; Follow up customers’ orders; Set up monthly manufacturing forecast; Recruiting personnel.

Coordinate the activity of 1 engineer, 7 foreman and 180 workers covering mechanical, electrical department; Annual and accidental technical revisions covering specific installations( steam turbines, boilers, fans, pumps, electrical engines); Participate to the annual technical budget set up ( CAPEX, OPEX); Control and approve the final test before each start-up of equipment according with the technical sheet.
