Responsible for planning, organizing, development and conducting a wide range of technical and product training programs in the Transfusion Diagnostics field for Immucor affiliates and distributors internationally, in order to develop technical skills and enhance productivity and quality of work of internal and external customers.

Supports international distributor business in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) including service, support, application and marketing support for Immucor distributors, study design and evaluations, assay method development / validation, training of Immucor and distributor personnel.

Performs any necessary tasks to install, maintain and support Immucor instruments/products in the field (Germany, Austria, Distributors EMEA). Instructs customers (end-customers or distributors) in the optimal maintenance and daily use of the instrument systems. Conducts investigations of issues related to assay performance and instrument related complaints. Supports technical customer hotline.

Project responsibility for the development and evaluation of stool assays (ELISA & Lateral Flow) for in-vitro diagnostics, as well as their documentation in accordance with design control and cooperation in the creation of CE files. Evaluation and assessment of antigens / antibodies using ELISA methods, Western blot methods, gel electrophoresis and Immunoblotting. Chicken egg virus cultivation for ELISA production.
