Driving LEAN culture on site at shift level (80-110 people) Build up training plans using training matrix and skill matrix, designed and implement skill matrix. Responsible for process identification, organizing, updating and validating Work Instructions in agreement with the SOP's (standard operation procedure) of the site. Offering support for CS&Reporting department regarding Performance Management Responsible for the internal process audit Kaizen responsible

Responsible for coordinating the Handbuffer team (8 people) Responsible with system order allocation, between 300 and 1200 orders/shift Responsible for system order confirmation Problem solving Stock check for Hanbuffer locations (1500 locations) Generating replenishment for Handbuffer locations, managing a stock of 1500 products

Coordinating the Inbound team during the night shifts Responsible for maintaining a close contact between LSP's (6 major LSP’s) and the CEVA client Notifying the client about any urgent shipment arrivals/delays Generating and updating internal reports regarding all shipment arrivals for 24 H Generating and updating a report between CEVA and the client regarding all urgent materials needed by the client and keeping track of delivery forecast(delivery dates, quantities, delays, problematic shipments)

Check the supplier data in the ERP System (SAP Eupac version) Communicate and clarify with suppliers/customers. Create, account and send manual invoices to the customers/group of companies. Create customized customer statements and send to customers. Follow-up with customers and request for payments. Receive and respond to customers regarding problems with invoicing and any other queries. Document cases for each incident, handle cases meeting SLA's (customer requirements), followup case status.
