1.Manage end to end delegation process in line with Global Delegation Guideline and escalate non-compliance. 2.Consult with HR, line managers, assignees and internal and external parties in all areas of expat management (inbound and outbound). 3.Provide expertise in relation to global taxation, immigration, social security and keep the knowledge updated within the department. 4.Provide regular business support on project consultancy, resource planning, SLA to ensure compliance.
