• timely implementation over 50 variants of the new VW Crafter/MAN TGE model from the prototype phase to serial production – launch of the factory in Września in area of product construction • weekly reporting of the work results to the plant management (in German language) • coordinating the work of a team of 5 technicians • running cross-functional teams • participation in shopfloor management meetings

• analysis of construction problems by build prototype cars • coordinating the work of a team of 10 technicians • assessment of the applied construction solutions for terms of the car assembly process in mass production • participation in work groups responsible for creating lean processes • developing and proposing new construction solutions improving quality and reducing costs • organizing and moderating workshops with R&D department

• implementation of pre-series cars into serial production • coordinating work of a team of 5 technicians • participation in build of prototype cars • implementing model changes for cars in mass production • verification and implementation of technical changes for cars in serial production • analyzing quality problems arising in the production of cars • optimizing of construction solutions in cars • work in project groups and cross-functional teams

• coordinating the work of 30-people metal production department produces frames, stands and fixings for seats designed for couches, buses, minibuses and trams • ensuring timely delivery of orders for assembly department • solving problems arising during the realization of orders, covering all departments of the metal production process

• customer technical conultations by start of sell new model of Skoda
