Key Accomplishments:  Successfully managed SIM registration application & database using SQL 2005  Accomplished the company's backup strategy using Symantec Backup Exec.

Effectively managed the office communication servers; reviewed server logs for potential issues, ensured that antivirus software and security patches are routinely updated and functioning (ensuring overall server configuration integrity). Sought and implemented new Microsoft Products for improved facility management and cost reduction and more efficient operations.

Actively managed IS assets and provided Information Systems (IS) Support to MTN Nigeria designated offices and connect stores. Designed and performed server and security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Delivered orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systems, devices and applications.
