TB Publishing Ltd is the company Tim established to handle his independent projects in the areas of digital business consulting, writing and publishing.

Tim spent six months with this charity which was established to help young people enter the arts and creative industries. This involved developing focus groups and online surveys to understand how typical members used the service, finding benefits packages which were relevant to this young, tech-savvy audience, and ultimately evaluating how the charity could become financially self-sustaining.

• Full P&L responsibility for two online dating brands in all territories (over 30 countries) • Control of all online and offline marketing spend (over €45m/year) • Leadership of marketing, PR and conversion optimisation teams (75+ people)
