Position: HR, Organization & ITP Department – IT Strategy & Governance Team Assistant  Mainly responsible to the maintenance and management of ITP “New Generation Intranet” project (using Sharepoint documentation system), and finally moved the project online.  Also helped to organize some team events, designed some posters and stickers (using PPT & Photoshop) for IT strategy propaganda.  Attended the workshop study about ITIL, and got the basic knowledge of it.

Position: Auditing Assistant  Helped certified accountants to deal the matters on auditing, such as checking the invoices, inventories, etc.
