Main task is to drive the numerous projects in all functions to achieve the adherent financial target for the German subsidiary including the implementation of self-organized teamwork in all functions and the consideration of the impacts on demographic change for the company

    This transnational programme was set up to increase engagement and efficiency in team work throughout the company. Main task was to set up the whole programme with a dedicated team of international experts including - engagement surveys and subsequent action planning in all functions; - define and execute team workshops to increase team awareness and performance - define and set up 360 degree feedback for leaders and subsequent leadership development programmes.
