I have joined the Oracle team at Next Ventures specialising in Oracle Financials and HR e-Business Suite. I look for Oracle Functional and Technical Consultants as well as Oracle Programme/Project Managers. We have a large number of market leading clients that we service in this department. However, we are always looking to develop new client relationships with Oracle users, especially as our team expands due to company growth.

I became the Contracts Team Leader of Broadgate IT in October 2008. I lead a team of around 15 contract recruitment consultants. I had a personal billing target as well as having to ensure the team achieves the team billing target.

I was a Senior Consultant at Broadgate IT in London. I predominantly placed Developers (C#, .NET, SQL, ORACLE, VBA) and Business Analysts. I worked with a large volume of high profile clients across Europe.
