Responsible for the global technical customer support, field service product management, digitization in after sales, field service interfaces into the organization, field service process efficiency/effectiveness and financial transparency.

Responsible for the introduction of laser cladding as a new coating technology for Metco, providing global marketing and sales support, product management for laser cladding equipment and R&D-project management.

Responsible for Innotecs manufacturing and engineering services, including department strategy, marketing and sales, key account management and innovation in manufacturing technologies. P&L responsibility for 30+ employees, 9+ Mio CHF sales with customers outside Sulzer.

Responsible for operations, marketing, sales and (international) R&D projects. Transformed the former R&D group into a highly profitable and growing Laser Cladding service business. Developed and implemented several laser cladding processes for repair purpose on high-value machine components.

Doctoral thesis : Investigation of flow instabilities in a multi-stage axial compressor under the influence of rotating inlet distortions.
