Engagement Manager working with Equal Experts largest client. I was a member of the senior account management team based in London, working alongside the Equal Experts partners to delight the client and grow the account. Responsible for associate retention and connection through high touch, consistent engagement and being a point of escalation and enquiry.

Working with one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. I lead and grew the talent acquisition team in line with the hyper growth of the company, whilst maintaining a very high standard of niche hire. Most of our success came from head-hunting, community engagement and referrals thereby keeping cost per hire at very reasonable levels and strengthening the employer brand and reputation.

I worked with News UK for a short project in Spring 2013 and subsequently joined Equal Experts in July 2013 as a consultant TA specialist. I became an early employee of Equal Experts in April 2015 and wound down my limited company.

Leading recruitment activity across Europe and Asia, I drove the strategic direction of the department to match the business goals of AKQA, through placing high emphasis on direct hiring, excellent stakeholder management and business intelligence. My achievements include: -Accomplishing first phase of hiring targets for AKQA Tokyo, opened November 2012 -Establishing and championing the Intern program -Driving referral program resulting in 100% increase YOY in referral hiring

Managing recruitment projects in well renowned technology centric companies. I have established recruitment functions from scratch, helped set up new offices by hiring key start-up staff, turned around underperforming teams and hired top quality talent in Europe and internationally at the Symbian Foundation, Skype, Thoughtworks and AKQA
