Terri Zeh Jacobson

TechSource IT is a division of Resources for Small Business that began as a general computer consulting service provided from within Resources for Small Business. In 2001, Steven Jacobson came on board to serve as the Senior Technical Consultant. In 2007, TechSource IT spun off as it's own division, providing primarily services for Macintosh customers.

CEO and founder of a manangement consultancy whose focus is developing small businesses fo 50 people or fewer. • Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development. • Advising new businesses on all facets of small business development, including choosing a business structure, creating internal and external business policies, developing their external "success team", and developing a great staff.

• Aided Mark Zeh in starting this custom bicycle framebuilding company in 1983. • Responsible for all financial transactions, including purchasing in Italy, business development funding. • Designed much of the Mark Zeh Cycles marketing.

• Designed all marketing for a new product development firm, increasing it's sales in one year 1,000%. • Initiated a team-based approach to using the latest technology for rapid product development for small engineering firms. Used state-of-the-art CNC, CAD, and accounting products. • Developed various funding sources to allow for rapid growth of firm. • Created and maintained all financial systems for the firm.

• Founded with two other partners, a pet store in the Twin Cities area. • Developed the best pet guarantee in Minnesota. When Minnesota Law changed, our pet guarantee was still the best. • Created a relationship with a top DVM in Minnesota to work with our pets. • Used some of the first affordable computer technology to run business, including Excel and MYOB.

• Helped chiropractors start their small businesses in Minnesota. I would create all their front office procedures and office procedure manual, business management policies, hire and train their chiropractic assistant and help the business owner obtain financial backing. • Opened 22 offices in 4 years. All but 4 are still in business - and the 4 not in business retired.
