Service Production, User eXperience, Business Development and Business Advisory As a part of the Leadin crew I was responsible for the business development and digital service creation for the international b-2-b customers. As a part of the design company the applied methodologies and approaches were strongly user centric. Assignments varied from the business design to the production deliveries.

Business development, business advisory and account management on the industrial segment. I was responsible for solution sales and business development for industrial segment. Due to my project and account management background my approach in business development was well balanced between business and technological points of views. Technological understanding combined with genuine willingness to understand end users' pain points as well as customers' business value creators were key assets in this role

I was responsible for coordination of a major industrial customer, while participating in business development of other accounts. I had direct responsibility of the customer satisfaction and business value as the key account covered wide portfolio of partnership projects and services. I was in charge of extending on new business areas so tendering and negotiating agreements were important part of my duties. I was leading an innovation process focused on creating new business opportunities.

I was responsible for key account relations on the project level. I was working with the customer and managing several project teams. I lead a team of twenty software developers working in the projects. The projects delivered industrial process control and monitoring systems with leading edge technologies. Key technologies were Windows, embedded Linux, C#, .NET, MS SQL, WPF, WCF, Silverlight, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript based web technologies, OPC, Siemens industrial automation & Cloud based capacity services.

I was responsible for several turnkey projects and led a team of up to fifteen software developers. Projects delivered highly automated, distributed machine control systems including embedded software and user interfaces. Key technologies in projects included Linux, Windows, C, C++, C#, .Net, Qt, CAN and CANopen.

At first I was working as a software developer. I was responsible for software requirements specification, software design, architectural design, implementation, testing and documentation in several industrial software projects. Later on I was responsible for user interface development sub-project as a team leader while I still continued with the former responsibilities as well.
