Leader on international lead time improving inventory control. BID for new contracts with brokers and suppliers of International Business. Inventory reduction through the analysis of best mode of transportation, economic lot size and safety stocks, frequency of the shipments.

Planning and control of imported materials: raw materials and finished goods. Control, valuation and inventory management of imported materials. Implementation/monitoring of the entire import process. Final analysis of the cost of the process, including control of shipments, follow up of requests, documentation conference, contact freight forwarder, insurance and broker. Implementation / monitoring of the export process, from production planning through forecast volumes and delivery to the end customer.
