In my career, I have built, grown, and transformed people, businesses, and markets. Whether it's a SaaS offering or a complex service line, I have taken businesses from build to growth to transformation while managing business books ranging from $1M to $250M across segments ranging from SMB to Enterprise. I help startups in building and scaling their global sales organisations and large multinationals to accelerate growth in India and South Asia. Along with building world class teams, I am working on my doctoral thesis on the topic of Revenue Operations. My approach to management is about being inclusive and collaborative. I bring strong academic knowledge, rigorous work experience across both strategic and tactical initiatives, diverse cultural exposure, and excellent communication skills to all my interactions.
