Responsible for architecting e-services for Ministry of Culture its related G2G and G2C service and systems. Designing and incorporating the federal initiatives like Smart Pass, GSB and integration of other federal entities with Ministry of Culture.

Development of Exceeds internal Dynamics CRM based intranet. Responsible for delivering end to end Dynamics CRM base projects to Exceed customers by following the best practices. Performing support and maintenance for internal system as well as assisting in customers tickets. Conduct customer training's and exceed employees training across all branches as required. Collaborating and managing offshore resources to deliver high quality services in efficient and cost effective manner.

Being the sole technical person for the company I was responsible for all technical matters as well as creating and executing development plans and task. In Core Relations the primary tools is Exact Target and I have to develop landing pages and queries, integrate Exact target and CRM using connectors as well as creating .NET based web application for clients.

Joined Mondo Pakistan as Sr. Software Engineer. My Primary task is to estimate, plan and execute Microsoft CRM based task/projects and .NET related development. Later I was promoted to Principle Software Engineer in 2008 and worked as Offshore CRM Team lead. It was part of my role to visit on-shore office to attend customer meetings and requirement gathering sessions and execute the projects in offshore development office. The company was later merged in Ciklum.

At Mobile Technologies, I was working as a Software Engineer and involved in all phases of software development life cycle.

Joined Esol as an intern for three months and later get hired by the company. Mainly responsible for developing windows based application using Visual Basic 6 for local market.
