Project: Energy Efficiency in Transport for Central America -Coordinated research strategy -Constant communication with the different ministries and entities of the GIZ in Central America and Germany. -Researched the impact of energy efficiency in the transport sector and the current stage of clean energy and transport in Central America. -Analyzed studied sectors by country. -Created strategy to shift the transport towards an efficient one.

Regional development projects: -Technical support for designing a development tool for regional integration: "Contrato Plan for Cundinamarca and the municipalities of the Savannah". -Provided research support for the research-paper: "Decentralization in Colombia: searching for social equity in a bumpy economic geography".
