Assessing customer’s M365 adoption level, proposing development plans based on the assessment and their KPIs and/or challenges, and carrying out those plans. Developed a workshop used by the entire team to determine the customers’ potential areas of developments, and the processes to apply these changes using the Design Thinking technique. Created Power Platform and Company Communicator workshops to simplify the deployment process for customers.

Supporting premier customers with Microsoft 365 and Exchange services, including workshops and network and security assessments. Developed and delivered workshop around accessibility “Accessibility in the Modern Workplace”. Buddy of 3 Aspire program new hires and mentor for one of them. Received the “Mentor Silver Badge” Mentor and career advisor of an Aspire program new hire. Received the “CSU Best Coach” award.

Supporting premier customers with Microsoft 365 and Exchange services, including workshops and network and security assessments. Started the creation of a portal to help better manage a Children Cancer Hospital various processes. (Through the GIVE volunteering program).

Enhanced the company’s website before and after launching in January 2018. Developing e-business plans and techniques to enhance the E-Commerce department
