Currently leading solution architecture of SAP S4 HANA Supply Chain Modules, a greenfield implementation across 15 manufacturing companies & marketing company in Europe for SIPCHEM. Working closely with the implementation team to propose the best practices solution fit for the SIPCHEM processes & ensure the delivery of agreed solutions. Tracking the timeline and progress for G0-Live on time. Supporting consultants in system integration and helping business in preparing the business scenarios.

Leading the architecture of SAP S4 HANA Sales Module. This is to be a greenfield implementation across all subsidiaries for the WTTCO. I designed, developed, and automated the business processes. * I delivered a standard template approach with 95% adoption of standard IMPACT L3 processes. My role involved leading the functional, specification, and unit testing. I performed modular unit/integration testing. I provided extensive support for new and existing RICEF objects.

I managed the delivery of SAP Sales & Distribution solution for SIPCHEM Company. I improved the company's existing sales processes by proposing and implementing effective solutions. I created documents and conducted a thorough change impact analysis. I performed modular unit/integration testing and created test scripts for user acceptance, and I supported RICEF objects. * I successfully rolled out an enterprise solution that significantly enhanced sales processes across the board.

I project managed the implementation of sales and distribution systems for Pepsi International and for British American Tobacco. I identified, documented, and resolved gaps against the global template in collaboration with the global team. I prepared configuration specification documents and functional specification documents for RICEF objects. * As Regional Lead, I streamlined the global roll-out of an enterprise sales and distribution solution across 39 African countries for British American Tobacco.

My responsibilities involved gathering requirements and configuring sales, distribution, production planning, and controlling for make-to-order. * I planned and delivered 24-month SAP sales and distribution implementation and integration project across Canada, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka for Midas Safety Group (eight companies). * I led the successful rollout of an SAP sales and distribution system across Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh for BAT. * I earned IBM Top performer Award.

I drove the delivery of advanced enterprise systems for clients including Landi Renzo Pakistan, National Foods Limited, Dadex Eternit Limited, and Callmate Telips.

Responsibility includes SAP implementation and coordination with external SAP consultants, management consultants and business key users. Mapped businesses requirements with SAP processes. Developed end user training material and business process procedures. Supported SAP consultants in configuration and mapping of reporting requirements.
