I have managed import and export operational processes in different sectors for many years. I am responsible for staying updated on the ever-changing international trade laws and regulations and also I responsible the prepare shipment documents ( Commercial Invoive , Packing List,etc ) working closely with the customs officer to ensure that all customs clearance activities and custom declaration were completed. As an import&export specialist ; I am arranging the transport organization according the Incoterms ( CIF, FOB, FCA, DAP, et ) and work closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and carriers to optimize transportation routes and methods . I am sharing all shipment details and necessary documents with the customer for this reason they can track the shipment easily. In addition, I am experienced with reading Letter of Credit documents , preparing documents in accordance with the Letter of Credit and managing operational process.
