At KJUS Asia LTD I set up a subsidiary organisation for the parent company LK International AG. I have established legal entities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen China. I have accompanied the entire incorporation process and hired a team of 15 employees. The team that was employed focused on research and development work as well as procurement. Additionally, we built a fully equipped sample making facility that enabled the brand to increase its speed to market. At that time, I was based in Hong Kong/Shenzhen.

LK International AGAs EVP Production & Quality I defined the brand's sourcing strategy and was deeply involved in product engineering processes. I established product calculations for the company and helped improve the margins. We were sophisticating our quality assurance system and established a quality control office. I was responsible to hire and lead a team of 3 employees in Guangzhou China that carried our quality assurance tasks in Far East Asia.
From my time when I joined LK International AG (KJUS) my main objective was to establish a quality assurance system that was non-existent before my arrival. Besides that, I took over certain sourcing tasks that included product price negotiations.
