Benelux market entry strategy

Operationally responsible for the development and maintenance of the wholesale mobile (B-t-B) product portfolio incl. product P&L and pricing for the Mobile Virtual Operators. Responsible for a yearly investment budget of ~ € 10 mln. Supervised a team of 15 product and marketing professionals.

Operationally responsible for the target enterprise application architecture and roadmaps for the Fixed division, incl. development of financial plans and budgets needed for the realisation of the (long term) IT architecture. Responsible for the selection of application vendors. Ensured SOX compliance for the IT Organisation. Successfully implemented new authorisation process and tools for monitoring. Growth the team up to 100 professionals.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the overall Group (technology) strategy (for G, B, NL). Primary responsibility for ensuring that a shared strategic perspective and commercial roadmaps are developed and broadly understood, supported and implemented across the organization. Lead the strategic cross – functional projects for market entry strategy as well as new business possibilities. Implemented cross – country projects which lead to Group cost savings of € 5-10 mln.
