I assume the position of Europe, China & South Africa HR Director in a supplier automotive Group with 6 locations with a total of more than 1.000 employees for theses 3 regions and with as main responsibility the coordination of all HR and Safety activities. My main focus is to drive the implementation and communication of all corporate HR & Safety policies, procedures and initiatives at regional level.

I assume the position of Human Resource Director in Ria Blades - a blade production unit that belongs to Repower Group and Suzlon Group that I follow since the starting up phase of the project to achieve 500 employees. With a direct report team of 6 persons I was responsible for the coordination and supervision of the following areas: HR, payroll, safety, environment, health services, continuous improvement, security, cleaning services, canteen and infrastructures.
