Responsible for Annual Owner's Meeting and Annual Buying Market including contract negotiations, event planning, presentations. Managed a small department where a monthly newsletter, website, and catalog were developed and produced. Interfaced with member/owners in the various committees established in the organization. Reported to the President and CEO. Had Staff responsibility on the Board of Directors. Led market research for new products and negotiated branding contracts with suppliers.

Responsible for selling product line to Key Accounts, R&D labs, manufacturing facilities. Negogiated sell price and terms which reflected in bonus structure for managing GP. Company was sold to Fischer Scientific.

Duties included preparing cost reduction proposals utilizing Honeywell's Building and HVAC controls, interacting with engineering and technicians, and other Honeywell units. Developed presentations for Hospital Board of Directors and CEO, CFO outlining why, how, and impact on facility management.

Independent Real Estate Agent focused on New Home Construction Market and existing home sales. Performed all aspects of running your own business - accounting, marketing, networking, as well as interfacing with Broker agency programs.

Moved from hourly employee to a 7th level process engineer for the C-Mos lab at Delphi Electronics, Kokomo, IN. Responsibilities included equipment specifications, taking a prototype product and moving it to full line production, establishing SPC controls, operator training, QC and Inspection standards. Interfaced with Department Heads and other processing areas.
