A credit hour position in Dr. Villarreal Lab in Viral Research. In my time I learned various lab techniques dealing with tissue culture, virus propagation, and assays. My last year was for my ID-SURE project with the help of lab mentors, I focused on the hypothesis that the anti-PS antibodies mediate lysis of an infected cell by fixing complement when bound to infected cell lines containing exposed PS. In my project, I focused on CMC of mammalian cell lines infected with mouse cytomegalovirus (mCMV).

Job was to provide Information Technology support to the campus. The support includes: Computing, network, and telephone. I helped Students in the Computer lab and over the phone.
