Is responsible to provide end to end technical support over the concerns and issues reported by clients using our ITSM tool (eHelpline – a custom .Net Application) for their effective IT Service Delivery. Application hosting and IIS configuration for application. Regular update of knowledge base /Knowledge Transfers which helps in resolving issue, record the incidents & their fix to complete the implementation on the given time line.
