- Partnership with business developers to find candidates for hard-to-fill positions in the automotive, aerospace and technology industries. - Interview candidates from Europe and Brazil via phone, video or in person. - Responsible for interview trainers for PTC Academy, the training center of the company.

- Full-cycle recruiting focused on Human Resources positions. - Utilization of the sourcing channel, job boards and social media to increase the range of the job postings. - Organization of hiring events (high volume). - Delivering a great candidate experience, by giving proper and timely feedback for all the applicants of Nubank's position.

- Full-cycle recruiting for different business units, which include external hires and internal moves. - Creation of attractive and compliant job postings. - Maintenance of an active candidate pipeline to identify top talents for strategic positions in a faster way. - Follow-up on satisfaction feedbacks from both hiring manager and candidate, in order to improve the TA experience for the stakeholders. - Monitoring TA KPIs. - Partnering with diversity initiatives to attract and include a diverse workforce.

- Responsible for all the routine of the onboarding process. - Receipt of new hires documentation and enter personal data in HR System (Oracle). - Conference new hires data and benefits entries in payroll system (ADP). - Request meal cards, ID badges and professional tools for the new hires. - Preparation of the onboarding documents (contracts, confidentiality terms and benefits accession forms). - Responsible for day-one integration (in person and remotely). - Focal point for the background check process.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of GE health promotion program in Brazil. - Development of internal communication and organization of events related to the program. - Translation of communication materials, trainings and policies related to medical services (Eng to Port). - Focal point for the employees on issues related to medical services (health promotion program, occupational health and medical plan). - Responsible for the occupational health cost center, budget and supplier's payment.
