A cross-BU, servant leadership function for our agile release trains and lean portfolio management supporting decentralized program execution & portfolio operation, providing lean governance, processes & tools, inform the work of lean portfolio management (LPM) & lean-agile leaders as well as home of agile change agents that as trained SAFe program consultants are a key part of our cross-BU Lean-Agile Center of Excellence. The ISD unit of SGRE CT was responsible for around 100 Information Systems Development people in Europe with employees distributed in teams in Denmark, Germany, and Spain. ISD employees were key resources for the development of digitalization, central systems & power plant products of SGRE globally. Since 2019, I have been also a core member of our Lean-Agile Center of Excellence leading the transition of our organization towards more business agility, since May 2020 as certified SAFe program consultant.

The SCADA department (WP TE SES SCA) was an international software development unit with more than 70 employees internationally distributed in teams in Ballerup and Brande in Denmark, Bangalore in India and Hamburg in Germany responsible for the R&D activities for SCADA software and other software components in Siemens Wind Power supplying products, solutions, and services to both onshore and offshore wind power plants globally.

The Section Software & SCADA (WP TE TS SWS) was responsible for the Engineering and R&D activities for SCADA and Software in Siemens Wind Power supplying products, solutions, and services to both onshore and offshore wind power plants globally. WP TE TS SWS was an international organization with the headquarter in Hamburg, Germany and with worldwide more than 200 employees distributed in departments/teams in Ballerup and Brande in Denmark, Bangalore in India and Hamburg in Germany.

Division Manager (Head of R&D) of Siemens Numerical Control Ltd., Nanjing, China leading more than 150 employees responsible for the development of products and systems (electrical drives, CNC controls, electrical motors, PLC and HMI panels) for the local and the global market for Factory Automation and Motion Control with the main focus on emerging markets.

Responsible for a R&D department with several teams with more than 45 employees (own + external) that was responsible for the development of power electronic products such as electrical drives, power supplies, e-car charging equipment, photovoltaic inverters in hard and software
