Responsible for development of stowage plans, lifting- and securing arrangements for the fleet of SAL Heavy Lift as per CSS Code and IMO regulations. Further communication between the operating, engineering, chartering departments to the ship management for effective execution of cargo operations.

GL ShipManager Software for technical management; procurement / spare parts management; compliance management; crew data - built up and manage the project team and ensure the effective implementation in the office and on board our fleet. - bring all information together and keep the overview of project process in relation to the scope, financal frame and time shedule. - set up the databases is another important point, together with the co-ordinate the roll-out and training process.

- maintenance of on board LSA, FFE and safety equipment. - conducted emergency drills to improve the knowledge of crew and to train the behaviour in case of a distress scenario. - maintain permit-to-work-system, investigated accidents and implemented corrective actions. - set up differenct security measures in respect to different security levels. - assisting C/O in cargo operation as lifting supervisor.
