In my work, I've found a reflection of my passion for solving complex structures. I thrive on tackling intricate projects, seeking innovative solutions, and driving forward in new business domains. Like reading a challenging book, my job involves in-depth analysis, dissecting every facet of a problem. Then I apply creative problem-solving to piece together the most effective solution. I operate within organisations aiming for growth and expansion, where the challenge is not merely to maintain the status quo but to develop new business lines and processes. Much like my sporting and adventure pursuits, I approach each project with determination, aiming to do my best every step of the way, and surrounded by good company, whether it's colleagues, friends, or family. This is the essence of my journey, a continuous quest for growth, learning, and meaningful challenges, both in my personal life and my professional pursuits.

One of the key objectives of my sabbatical was to refurbish an apartment in Freiburg, complete my coaching studies, deepening my knowledge and skills in this field and travel. Furthermore, I actively participated in self-growth workshops, which contributed to my personal development and self-awareness. This sabbatical has been a transformative journey, enabling me to recharge, learn, and broaden my horizons. I am now returning to my professional life with a wealth of new experiences to draw upon.

Engineering Program Manager for Autonomous Mobility City Applications
Volkswagen AGAs an Engineering Program Manager for Autonomous Mobility City Applications, I led pilot projects in the field of autonomous driving with a focus on mobility and Transport-as-a-Service. These projects were conducted on behalf of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand.
I was responsible for defining, financial modeling, and implementing new global business portfolio projects in areas such as biofuels. I also led a project for the electrification and introduction of new mobility solutions on a Greek island.
I analysed and identified future trends, requirements, and business models in the field of mobility. I was responsible for modeling and forecasting demand in the autonomous driving sector and evaluated strategic action plans for potential co-development projects.
During my time as a trainee in the Group Treasury department, I underwent various interdisciplinary training modules, including a three-week orientation on the production line. My main responsibilities included consolidating and reporting on the global liquidity investments of the Volkswagen Group, which were critical for board-level decisions
In this role, I advised clients on optimizing group operational controlling. My focus was on central data maintenance, data integration, and derivation rules. I assisted clients in streamlining processes and structures to ensure efficient risk management in the field of Automotive Finance.
