**Developing a systematic approach to reduce headcount in Wafer production** - Programming a dynamic tool for production team leaders to calculate the amount of needed headcount before the shift. The calculation was base on the planned shift output of Wafers which was varying daily by amount and various product types. So far, the number of allocated workers was just estimated and therefore often overhead.
