Ensuring a correct balance between riders and orders (by assigning or removing riders from certain areas). Managing working hours in special cases (ex. High volume of orders / not enough rides). Q.A. for corporate orders. Keeping a two-way line of communication with Partner Care department (ex. Order status/ priority etc.).
