o Developed close relationships with procurement department members, learnt the entire equipment procurement process o Coordinated between external research institutes, and NTU during the design, test, and commissioning stages of the equipment in the field o Worked independently on more than 3 technical projects, co-authored papers, and presented posters in reputable conferences

• Independently learnt the methods of measuring the induced stress during the wire bonding process in IC Packaging • Created a method to rectify noisy signals received from the wire bonding machine using MATLAB and integrated into a Graphical User Interface • Developed a statistical tool to quantify machine performance by measuring the number of stress cycles on the bond pad, during the wire bonding process

• Initiated production monitoring methods for early identification of process flaws, thus increasing solder product quality • Coordinated with multiple departments to analyse product test data to ensure compatibility with new machines used in the renovated production area, which improves production efficiency by 10% • Worked in a cross functional failure analysis team to identify root causes for product failure

- Involved in data gathering and analysis for Stepwise Colloidal Lattice Parameter Shrinkage project. -Received introductory training on materials analysis equipment's such as SEM from the Facilities for Analysis, Characterisation, Testing and Simulation, NTU. -Exposed to commonly used laboratory equipment's and MATLAB.
